The Digital Business Analyst role is part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for digital product definition, design, development, implementation, and delivery. The team works to review and analyse business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify and document changes for business solutions and enhancements for the Digital Case File.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Business Analyst who is passionate about business enablement and can meet the following criteria:

  1. Experience working as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation projects
  2. Business analysis skills and experience in detailed analysis and understanding of the functional requirements and business process documentation
  3. Strong experience in customer experience and human-centered design thinking, particularly with customer profiling and journey mapping work
  4. Consulting and negotiating with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, and driving outcomes within acceptable costs and timelines
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and success with meeting deadlines under pressure
  6. Extensive experience in using Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Portfolio
  7. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, good negotiation skills, and business acumen
  8. Understanding of Testing Methodology and processes with working experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  9. Ability to achieve successful outcomes through collaborative and cooperative means
  10. Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the project, its environments, and related issues
  11. Experience working in the Government sector and previous experience with software integration or application development
