About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our Early Childhood Team in Port Macquarie. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area and front office, including ordering office supplies and materials for the team.
  • Effectively manage and record feedback, complaints, and suggestions from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer the EC enquiry and intake process for the region and other regions as required using the NDIS IT System.
  • Work collaboratively with other EC Administration Officers to ensure high-quality service delivery to all families and stakeholders.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in managing workloads and ad-hoc tasks as designated.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the importance of implementing a tailored and personalized approach to children and their families.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or evidence of actively working towards completion.
  • Demonstrated previous professional experience in an administration role.
  • Demonstrated experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite and customer database systems.
Additional Requirements
  • Current Driver's Licence - P1 minimum.
  • Valid Working with Children's Check Clearance - mandatory.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS WC) or willingness to obtain – mandatory.
  • Working Rights in Australia for Full Time Employment.
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid19 (including minimum 1 x booster) in accordance with current Northcott Requirements (unless granted an exemption).
