Job Description- Contribute to the development of therapeutic biomolecules as a key member of our research team.
- Perform complex chemical synthesis, including peptides, proteins and peptide nucleic acids.
- Apply various synthetic techniques and carry out purification and characterisation.
- Mentor postgraduate students and contribute to manuscript preparation.
- PhD in organic chemistry with a background in protein chemistry or chemical biology.
- Strong understanding of chemical synthesis and analytical techniques.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Full-time 12-month fixed-term appointment at our Parkville campus.
