Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join a Federal Government Program in delivering a new data centre capability. This role requires Australian Citizenship and holds a TSPV/TSPA security clearance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can synthesize customer requirements into test solutions, balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

  • Synthesize Customer Requirements: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, cases, and procedures for various testing stages.
  • Evaluate Testability: We are looking for someone who can review and evaluate the testability of requirements, ensuring that they are well-defined and meet the necessary standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in a data center environment, hands-on knowledge of performance and load testing for software components, subsystems, and systems, and expertise in test requirements management, traceability, and documentation using test management tools.

  • Hands-on Experience in Data Center Environment: You should have a strong understanding of data center operations, including infrastructure, architecture, and management.
  • Performance and Load Testing: The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing tests to evaluate the performance and load of software components, subsystems, and systems.
  • Test Requirements Management: We are looking for someone with expertise in managing test requirements, ensuring that they are well-defined, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
