Beauty Consultant

As a beauty consultant, you will be the face of our brand in-store, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an engaging experience that educates and delights our customers.

You will work closely with your team to achieve store goals, maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and support in-store events and promotions. Your ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, is essential to the success of this role.

While certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in-store
  • Creating an engaging in-store experience and educating customers on products and routines
  • Supporting in-store events and promotions to drive engagement and sales
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising to help the store stand out
  • Collaborating as part of a high-performing team to achieve store goals

Qualifications include:

  • Able to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
