Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Resiliency Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing resiliency solutions to ensure the continuity of business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive resiliency strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge in resiliency and disaster recovery.
  • Design and implement cloud-native backup and DR solutions in AWS and Azure.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure timely recovery of critical systems and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in resiliency and disaster recovery to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in IT resiliency or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of system design principles, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Experience in delivering resiliency consulting projects and have delivered resiliency maturity recommendations.
  • Ability to design cloud-native backup and DR solutions in AWS and Azure.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level IT-resiliency and business continuity projects.
