Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Camp Coordinator.
In this position, you will be responsible for planning and directing camp programs, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our camps.
The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct camp programs, including logistics and operational requirements.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create memorable experiences for students.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote evangelism and leadership development.
Requirements
- A mature Christian faith and active involvement in a Bible-based church.
- Agreement with CRU's Statement of Belief.
- A commitment to evangelism and leadership development.
- Experience working with school-aged children in camp settings, church ministries, or youth programs.
- Skills in preparing and presenting Christian talks and small group discussions.
- Strong biblical knowledge and application to everyday life.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of up to 40 leaders.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a NSW Working with Children Check.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a candidate who is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and possesses excellent communication skills.
