About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and caring individuals to join our team of Educators. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of our young learners. Your passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing exceptional care will be essential in creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for and nurture children's minds through engaging and interactive learning experiences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality educational outcomes
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote curiosity and creativity
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Requirements
  • An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a childcare qualification within 3 months)
  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement)
  • A current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • The availability to work rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm
