Acute Care Physiotherapy Expert
  • Teaching and Research Role

We are seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist to join our team in a role that combines teaching, research and clinical education.

The successful candidate will design and deliver high-quality student learning opportunities in Acute Care Physiotherapy, while supporting broader program learning and teaching foci such as simulation, interprofessional education, and cultural safety.

This is an opportunity for a passionate and forward-thinking physiotherapist to make a difference in clinical care, education and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality student learning opportunities in Acute Care Physiotherapy.
  • Support broader program learning and teaching foci such as simulation, interprofessional education, and cultural safety.
  • Contribute to cutting-edge physiotherapy research.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral or masters qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent accreditation and standing.
  • 6+ years of relevant clinical experience and/or significant progress towards completion of a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline or field.
  • Eligibility for membership of AHPRA as a physiotherapist.
  • Demonstrated experience in acute care physiotherapy.
