Key Role: Product Manager for Workforce and Payroll Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of a next-generation workforce and payroll platform.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position where your insight will shape the systems that thousands rely on every day. You will be responsible for defining and owning the roadmap for a cloud-native solution, leading a cross-functional team, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and translating market needs into intuitive solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the roadmap for a cloud-native workforce and payroll solution.
  • Lead and mentor a collaborative team of product specialists and analysts.
  • Partner with clients, engineering, and business leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency in HR and payroll technology.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in HR/Payroll systems (SaaS, HCM, or ERP).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence at every level.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering products that succeed in market.
