About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to optimize development plans and ensure the lowest cost of supply packages are prioritized within current facility constraints.
  • Drive strategic decisions and challenge assumptions to maximize production and ensure safety and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the development schedule and progress selected development packages through the stage gate process.
  • Develop and implement data acquisition plans to inform reservoir modeling, production forecasting, and evaluation of pilot projects.
  • Accountable for execution of Development Packages through the Deliver Wells core process to ensure the development plan is optimized.
About You

We are looking for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in coaching and developing teams, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication and presentation skills. You will possess a strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices and be able to manage confidential data with discretion.

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of Oil and Gas industry experience, working as a Reservoir/Petroleum Engineer, Geologist, or Surface Engineer, with extensive technical knowledge of Reservoir and/or Petroleum Engineering disciplines.

You will be proficient in working collaboratively within a team environment, valuing diverse perspectives and respecting others' viewpoints. Strong time management and work prioritization skills, combined with flexibility and personal accountability, are key attributes for success in this position.
