Game Meat Production Specialist

The Game Meat Production Specialist is responsible for working in a high-risk food manufacturing environment, ensuring the production of high-quality game meat products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate boning and slicing machines to produce high-quality game meat products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Monitor and control product quality, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in meat processing and food safety.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in meat processing or high-risk food manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food hygiene and food safety principles.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically Monday to Friday, 0415-1330 hours.
  • Reliable transportation required due to limited public transport options.
