About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at G4S, working with our multinational technology client at their corporate HQ in Macquarie Park. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of their security operations at seven sites across Australia and New Zealand, including managing a large number of Security Officers and Security Supervisors across these sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large team of Security Officers and ensure they are equipped to handle various security situations.
  • Oversee security systems and ensure their proper functioning to maintain a high level of security.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to mitigate potential threats.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ensure that all security operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their security needs are met.
Requirements
  • Valid NSW Security Licence, as a minimum class 1A.
  • Experience working with the Lenel Security System and Enterprise systems.
  • Experience providing evidence and attending audit meetings on physical security activities (ISO, PCI).
  • Demonstrated staff management experience and positive interpersonal skills.
