International Student Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our overseas customer service team as an International Student Support Specialist.
This role involves providing exceptional support, advice, and value to international students regarding their health insurance. The successful candidate will be based at the Flinders University Bedford site in Adelaide and work closely with stakeholders, international students, university partners, and migration agents.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing personalized and tailored solutions for international student customers
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering end-to-end support
- Identifying opportunities to improve the member and billing agent experience
- Presenting to various groups as required
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to think on your feet. You will also need to be a self-starter with a drive to pursue learning and development outcomes.
