Job Overview


We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our mine operations from a Remote Operations Centre in Brisbane.
This is a Brisbane-based role with a rotating roster.
Please note, this position is a fixed-term contract.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control mining activities using advanced technology and remote systems.
  • Manage and optimize the truck fleet to support safety, production, and cost outcomes.
  • Analyze real-time data and implement operational adjustments to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with fleet management and/or autonomous haulage systems.
  • Proven experience in mining operations, preferably in a ROC or similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
