We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our residential property management team. This role will involve working closely with a driven and collaborative team to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front reception desk and telephone, meeting and greeting clients, serving as the main point of contact for contractors and tenants, and performing other administrative duties as required.

To excel in this position, you will ideally possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills
  • A willingness to complete a traineeship in Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
