Senior Development Manager

As a key professional in our organisation, you will lead and drive the development of our renowned learning program.

The role is responsible for ensuring our professional learning offering delivers measurable value, strengthens workforce capability, and maintains our position as a trusted authority in the sector.

  • Deliver programs that strengthen leadership, governance, compliance, and service quality.
  • Expand consultancy and L&D offerings to diversify income streams.
  • Embed systems and metrics that improve agility, responsiveness, and decision-making.
