At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the customer-facing department, this individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless interactions with customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone and email, processing cash sales, quotes, and orders, and building strong relationships with our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions: Process cash sales, quotes, and orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Build relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify opportunities: Proactively identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
  • Perform administrative tasks: Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience: 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
