Concierge Security Officer Opportunity

This role offers an exciting chance to work as a Concierge Security Officer, supporting a team of security professionals and reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the team's performance and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Desk Management
  • Manage access card issues, visitor sign-in, and interactions with facilities maintenance staff.
  • Monitor other sites remotely, conducting detailed security checks and providing access as required.
  • Perform CCTV monitoring, patrols, and report writing duties.
Requirements:
  • A current South Australian Security Licence is mandatory.
  • High level of customer service skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be IT-literate with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Previous experience working with security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm monitoring, is highly desirable.
