Overview:

Prouds Jewellers is seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join their Queanbeyan team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs through effective selling and promotional strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures through in-house training
  • Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
