Job Title: Retail Events Manager

This dynamic role is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that's passionate about innovation and excellence. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for leading retail and event operations in Australia for major sporting events.

About the Role

You will be the key figure in overseeing retail event operations, ensuring seamless execution from set up to pack down. Your skills in inventory management, staffing, visual merchandising, and customer service will drive business growth and maximise sales across retail stores.

  • Lead high-performing teams including retail operations staff and on-the-ground team members.
  • Oversee event execution, focusing on setup, management, and pack-down.
  • Manage stock preparation and planning, including pre- and post-event activities.
  • Develop strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Drive sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with supporting contractors to deliver results.
