Event Labour Coordinator

Workforce management is a critical function within any organisation, and the Workforce Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of events.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in similar roles, with exceptional oral and written communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least three years of labour management experience.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills are essential for this position, as well as strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. Ability to successfully interact and support all levels of management within the organisation is also crucial.
This role involves providing leadership to assigned areas, aligning field team member resources to an evolving business environment. The Workforce Manager will oversee and directly involve team member hiring, training, and scheduling.
A key responsibility is working directly with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely labor planning for all events. This includes interpreting regional labor reports and making recommendations regarding actions that should be taken to improve labor performance.
Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines are necessary for success in this role.
