- Drive the academic direction and outcomes for senior students and oversee the professional development of teaching staff.
- Foster a deep and rigorous culture of continuous growth across the college community.
- Develop and implement strategic academic programs that monitor student learning progression and support their growth.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in educational leadership or a related field.
