About the Role
  • This position will be responsible for providing assistance with various inquiries related to student residency, studies, and general needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A background in reception or hospitality is highly desirable, but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
  • Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, and general needs.
  • Take initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • High levels of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months).
  • Working with Children's Check (VIC).
