We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve and exceed store targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training.
  • Act as Store Manager when needed, including opening and closing the store.
  • Provide memorable customer service with exceptional product knowledge.
  • Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional activities.
  • Create a safe environment for staff and customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in retail.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Confidence to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
