Revenue Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team at The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profit associated with guest rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and report revenue management data to identify trends, future needs, and obstacles to achieving goals.
- Develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of transient, wholesale, and group segments.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategy and pricing to key stakeholders.
- Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel General Managers.
- Develop and manage internal key stakeholder relationships.
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related professional area.
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
