Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced truck driver to join our team in Townsville. As a leading waste management company, we require a reliable and safety-conscious driver to operate our hook lift trucks and deliver skip bins to various locations in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy rigid vehicles, including hook lift trucks, to deliver and collect skip bins
- Ensure safe working practices and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to coordinate work activities
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- At least 12 months experience in driving heavy rigid vehicles
- Valid HR license and good driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Strong knowledge of the Townsville area and ability to navigate safely
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
