About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Cleanaway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective communication with customers, operational personnel, and other departments to resolve queries and issues.
- Accurately maintain customer information, work requests, and daily run or work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction by offering additional products and services.
About You
We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a team environment, and maintain accurate records.
- High-level data entry skills and good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Intermediate skills with the MS Suite of products.
