Are you a sales enthusiast with a passion for fashion? We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Consultant at our Mt Gravatt store in QLD.

About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the smooth operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering great product knowledge, a seamless point of sale transaction, and ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to share with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Contribute to the efficient management of stock and loss prevention to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
  • Maintain visually appealing store displays that meet brand standards and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Embody the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results.
