Job Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to provide person-centred care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic care plans and ensure support.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
  • Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of physiotherapy interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.
