We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Experience Expert to deliver exceptional travel experiences for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To attend to phone calls and email enquiries from members, guests, and partners in a professional manner.
- To provide expert advice on travel-related products and services.
- To manage leisure bookings, update reservations, and attend to new reservation enquiries.
- To contribute to sales targets by reporting on sales and call centre performance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in reservations, travel, leisure, or sales support roles is essential.
- A strong background in high-volume call centres, telephone sales, and customer service with attention to detail is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and reservations systems like PMS Opera is necessary.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Genesys Cloud telephony, and GDS systems is highly regarded.
