We are seeking a professional Claims Administrator to manage administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Process administration tasks, including payments and new registrations
- Analyse reports for the team to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct market research and data analytics to inform business decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Use Excel to generate reports and graphs to support business objectives
- Perform ad-hoc administration and data entry tasks as required
- Minimum 1 year experience in claims administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
