About the Role

We are seeking a professional Claims Administrator to manage administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process administration tasks, including payments and new registrations
  • Analyse reports for the team to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct market research and data analytics to inform business decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Use Excel to generate reports and graphs to support business objectives
  • Perform ad-hoc administration and data entry tasks as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in claims administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
