Product Control Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to lead a high-performing Product Control team in Global Markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with trading desks, finance, and risk teams to investigate and resolve trade, position, and cash exceptions.
  • Drive system and process enhancements to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic input into new product initiatives, including carbon markets and electricity expansion.
  • Manage audit walkthroughs and support governance forums such as NFRC and PC forums.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Control or a closely related field, ideally at Senior Manager level.
  • A strong understanding of traded market risk products, including complex derivatives.
  • Proven leadership experience with an inclusive and outcome-driven style.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering systems/process uplift and automation.
  • Deep knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.
