Construction Leadership Opportunity

Join a forward-thinking team as a Site Supervisor role is available.

The Business

This is an opportunity to work for a business that focuses on staff retention and customer satisfaction. They've been operating across the residential home builder space, delivering builds from $300k to $650k.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:

  • Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
  • Allocate materials and trades to job sites
  • Ensure timely construction of new homes
  • Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
  • Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
  • Maintain and update company systems
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
  • Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years experience working as a Site Supervisor residential home builder
  • Carpentry background held in high regard
  • A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
