Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Team Lead to join our garden maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small group of professionals in maintaining beautiful and vibrant outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of garden maintenance specialists
  • Oversee daily tasks including hedging, pruning, trimming, weeding, mowing, edging, and spraying
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Foster a positive team environment and contribute to the growth and success of the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in garden maintenance with leadership or crew lead experience preferred
  • Passion for horticulture and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team by example
  • Driver's license and proficiency in driving a manual vehicle and towing a trailer
  • Willingness to obtain a Police check and Working with Children Certificate
