Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support our procurement strategy and ensure seamless delivery of our projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Head and Subcontract variation to ensure smooth project execution
  • Coordinating subcontractor and supplier claims in line with our subcontract and HCA Systems
  • Finalising contracts, including defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking
  • Compiling monthly reports to track project progress and goals

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven experience in project-based contract and financial administration, particularly in major building developments.

Desirable requirements include:

  • Completed Construction Degree
  • 3-6 years commercial experience on site
  • Experience using CHEOPS, Aconex, and similar construction software
