About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our IT Transformation team at St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of new technology solutions and services that align with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business process mapping, document business requirements, and support the identification of innovative solutions.
  • Build collaborative relationships across the organization, support change management initiatives, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Be a core member of our Strategic Project Delivery team, ensuring projects are aligned with business objectives.
  • Support project lifecycle activities, including vendor selection, requirements collection, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in ICT, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • OR 3+ years of experience in business & digital analysis for medium to large organizations.
  • Expertise in mapping business requirements and processes to product functionality.
  • Proficiency in human-centred design processes and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and present to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced problem-solving and time management skills.
