Lead Food Service Operations
  • Direct the barista and food services teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and cook simple meals according to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Process online orders by class group for each meal period, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems with precision and attention to detail.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents through excellent customer service and engagement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role.
  • A genuine passion for food and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in leading a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and allergen management procedures.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Holding a Blue Card or being able to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
