Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with guest inquiries and direct internal and external communications.
  • Process food and beverage orders, answer questions on menu selection, and record transactions in our point-of-sale system.
  • Create memorable guest moments and follow up with guests to ensure their requests are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest accounts.
  • Take reservations as required and check in and out of hotel guests when necessary.
  • Ensure all guests feel welcome and comfortable during interactions with the Front Office Department.
Requirements
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and software packages.
  • Experience with OPERA Software or similar systems.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
