Job Title: Quality Coordinator Tamworth, Nsw
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time position, working three days per week, with 7.5 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards and associated requirements. They will also assist our homes with accreditation, auditing, and processes to achieve 100% compliance within the Quality Standards.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A comprehensive understanding of the aged care sector;
- AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse);
- At least 3 years' experience in aged care, preferably in a quality role;
- Demonstrated quality, compliance, and clinical governance understanding;
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process;
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance and auditing processes;
- Ability to easily learn new systems and technologies;
- Continuous improvement, gap, and risk analysis experience;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills;
