Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Position

This role focuses on transforming how companies deliver their products to customers.

We are looking for an infrastructure subject matter expert who can provide technical guidance on solutions design, governance, security, operations, and cost control best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Design cloud-based infrastructures and landing zones for clients
  • Develop infrastructure architectures and technical documentation
  • Secure foundational cloud implementations
  • Automate provisioning of infrastructure and applications
  • Develop cloud-ready applications architecture
  • Deliver end-to-end cloud-based infrastructure management solutions
  • Present infrastructure modernization strategies to executive-level stakeholders
  • Enhance monitoring, logging, and observability in client environments
  • Establish and implement cloud infrastructure governance and deployment standards
Qualifications and Expertise
  • Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development skills
  • Experience with virtualization: servers, storage, networks
  • Google Cloud Platform certification is beneficial
  • Infrastructure processes such as monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and data centre exit experience
  • Implementation experience with Google Cloud Foundation Toolkit and Landing Zone
  • Knowledge of data centre exit strategies

As a senior GCP infrastructure engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with the delivery management team to ensure seamless project execution.
