We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team and make a genuine difference in the lives of our aged community members living in Tasmania.

Job Description:

This is an opportunity to work with purpose and fulfillment, supporting vulnerable people in their own homes. Our ideal candidate will possess a caring personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to relate well to people.

The successful applicant will be required to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support services to clients
  • Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks as required
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Cert III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and a valid Driver's License. You will also need to undergo a satisfactory police check and working with vulnerable people registration.
