Job OverviewWe're seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Worker, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
- Deliver complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care
- A current P2 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role
- Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
- Guaranteed hours close to home as a permanent part-time employee
- Paid training and culture of continuous learning
- Accelerated learning programs to gain professional qualifications (Cert 3)
- Paid CPR and First Aid courses
- Paid KM's, phone allowance, and discounts on car maintenance
- Free uniform and shoe allowance
