Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As an Aged Care Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals living in our residential aged care home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals and mobility
  • Assisting with medication and simple wound dressings
  • Supporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to living our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold
