We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting Nareen Gardens. As a clinical leader in residential care, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers
- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to advocate for residents' quality of life
- Support residents to maintain a sense of purpose and wellbeing
- Above-award pay rates and maximum allowable salary packaging
- Work-life balance with regular shifts and flexible start/finish times
- Opportunities for career growth and leadership development
- Support to develop skills in clinical practice, corporate, and leadership roles
- Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care
- Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness
- Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice
- Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration
