Salary


The estimated salary for this position is AUD 55,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience.



Job Description


We are seeking an Optical Dispensing Professional to join our team. As the vital connection between our customers and our products, you will be at the forefront of fashion trends, learning how to expertly guide and assist patients through their eyewear journey.


Your goal will be to help them maintain their most precious sense – their sight – while ensuring they feel comfortable and look fabulous.


You will provide excellent customer service and foster strong relationships with patients, assisting with eyewear selection, offering expert advice on styles and trends, and supporting optometrists in patient care and optical dispensing.


As a key member of our team, you will participate in merchandising, ensuring the store is visually appealing, and commit to long-term growth within the team.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Experience in an optical setting is beneficial but not crucial;
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail;
  • Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of trends;
  • Outgoing and friendly personality;
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach.
