Job Description

We are seeking an Eyewear Expert to join our team at ProVision. As an Optical Assistant, you will be the vital connection between our customers and our products. Your goal will be to help patients maintain their precious sense of sight while ensuring they feel comfortable and look fabulous.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with patients.
  • Assist with eyewear selection, offering expert advice on styles and trends.
  • Support optometrists in patient care and optical dispensing.
  • Provide administrative support and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in merchandising, ensuring the store is visually appealing.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in an optical setting would be beneficial but not crucial.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of trends.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality.
