Job Title: Aquaculture General Hand

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an aquaculture hand in the rapidly expanding industry of sustainable aquaculture.

  • Daily Tasks
  • Weigh feed each morning and ensure proper feeding procedures are followed.
  • Collect tank data each morning, including temperature, pH levels, and water quality measurements.
  • Perform routine tank maintenance and general cleaning to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the fish.
  • Assist in the setup for fish harvest and grading activities.
  • Process system wastes for onsite projects.

  • Key Skills
  • Basic computer skills to handle data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and carrying.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a routine environment.
  • Forklift License desired but not essential.
