Job Description

Technical Resources seeks an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to support the construction of a desalination plant. This role will work closely with the construction manager to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly and records are kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide site-based contracts advice to the construction team.
  • Work with the contracts lead to develop and implement effective contracts management strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience in contracts management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 2/1 roster. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, plus superannuation benefits.
