Haematology Specialist Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmaceutical Representative to join our team in Haematology, responsible for promoting innovative solutions and improving patient outcomes by working closely with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote treatments to healthcare providers within an assigned territory in Queensland
  • Develop and execute territory plans to create value for stakeholders and drive business growth
  • Build strong relationships with oncologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Review customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels
  • Provide expert knowledge on clinical data and benefits of our treatment
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to drive business success and deliver excellent customer experience
  • Monitor and analyse territory performance, market trends and competitor activity
About the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes, enterprise-level thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is essential, along with 3+ years of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative.

Experience in the Haematology / Oncology landscape, including treatments and clinical data, will be beneficial. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage external stakeholder requests, are also required.

This role is a Brisbane-field-based position that covers a defined territory within Queensland. The ideal candidate must have a valid driving license and eligibility to live and work in Australia.
